Have had a wonderful experience with this company! Jason came out to confirm that we indeed had termites – both subterranean and dry wood. He did a thorough examination of all areas of our home, from attic to crawl space to all exterior wood areas. He explained what his company did, their nice warranty (they will come back in one year and two years to check for termites and take care of any that might turn up). After committing to work with Ecola, Jason sent out a detailed report of the problem areas which detailed the type of termites in each. He was a pleasure to work with.

Rene and Ruben, the two techs who were sent out to deal with the termites, were amazing! They were friendly, polite, professional, and neat. They spent a lot of time attending to the problem areas that Jason had clearly marked and documented.

There was barely any odor from the various materials used to zap the termites , and best of all my three cats and I didn’t have to vacate the house while the work was completed.

The true test of how successful the process is will be in a few years, but in the meantime, I’m a  very happy customer and would recommend this company to anyone who wants “Green Extermination” and a pleasant experience.”
