Spiders

Spiders Understanding a spider’s habitat.

Spiders are found all over the world in all sorts of habitats from the sea shore to the dessert – on the ground, under rocks, on plants, in trees, in caves, on water, and in homes. Each type of spider tends to be found in a habitat to which it has become specifically adapted.

Keeping spiders out

  • On a regular basis knock down spiders webs by vacuuming them or knocking them down with a broom.
  • All entry ways must have a tight seal doors and windows.
  • All out door lighting should have yellow bulbs to reduce the population of flying insects on the perimeter.
